You’re not playing by the rules.

You’re making new ones.

Helping creative and neurospicy entrepreneurs drive business growth – without the grind

Grind culture.
Hustle culture.
“Rise-and-grind.”

Tell me you don’t understand creative or neurodivergent brains without telling me… right?

Your brand of weird and wonderful wasn’t designed for this nonsense, strapped to a laptop 24/7, spinning a thousand plates and waking up in a cold sweat at 3am for the third night in a row. You need space to think, time to create, and energy to build.

You need Rebel OBM.

What's an OBM (Online Business Manager)?

You’re already a rebel: you’re challenging industry norms, forging your own path, and smashing stereotypes in order to create something new and better. But somewhere along the line, running the business took over from doing the actual work you love.

There’s all this process-y stuff getting in the way on a daily basis: managing the team, hitting deadlines, sorting out finances, figuring out what tech to add to the stack (is this CRM really the one you need…?)

Then there’s the bigger projects: pulling off your next launch on time and on budget, running your next webinar or event so that it actually generates leads, picking the right PR agency or freelancer – and making sure that investment pays off. The list is endless.

Hiring the right Online Business Manager helps to address all these challenges and more.

"Lucie is an exceptional leader, consultant and writer with a knack for communicating effectively, clearly and honestly. A born problem-solver and ‘fixer’, she is clear about outcomes, and any obstacle to outcomes, while delivering consistently impressive results. She gives straight-up sound advice.

Her brain engages most fully and fires most rapidly when there is an urgent problem to solve; given all the problems in the world, this seems like an incredibly valuable trait. I would 100 percent want her on my team in a crisis!"

“Lucie brings joy, colour, and lightness into spaces, but also wisdom, care and reliability. She has a naturally expressive energy that makes her fun and easy to work alongside, while also possessing a quieter attentiveness, allowing her to notice things other people don’t.

She has a keen sense of what’s needed, whether it's planning for a new project, smoothing out admin processes, or helping me find the words for a tricky email – and she always follows through. She’s my go-to in emergencies, and someone I completely trust.”

About Me

With over 20 years leading client relationships and operations at top communications agencies, I have built practices from scratch, managed six-figure budgets, and led messaging workshops for C-suite leaders across dozens of businesses, turning brilliant, sometimes chaotic thinking into clear systems and stories.

Now I bring that same skill to small business founders – building the operational backbone that lets them focus on the ideas only they can have in a way they actually think and work, rather than forcing them into someone else's mould.

Throughout my working life, small businesses have consistently offered me some of my most enjoyable, educational professional experiences. From the tiny marketing agency based out of a converted countryside village barn straight out of university, to the many bootstrapped tech startups I’ve worked with in my PR career, through to my own small but mighty ventures: I love helping to build plucky new businesses.
